Easter 2004 heralded the dawn of a new era for Tranny Grange Doyenne,
Nicki Swallows. Just a few days earlier she was made redundant from her day
job of 26 years and found herself ‘on the scrapheap’ as dear friend Patrick Sumner
so quaintly put it. Nevertheless a little thing like redundancy didn’t stand
in the way of taking delivery of a SPECTACULAR Hot Tub, ordered just a couple
of weeks previously, nor did it in any way dampen our spirits as we prepared
for another Easter Extravaganza Bonanza at La Swallows’ country retreat,
